We want you to feel completely satisfied with your Sunolia purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our return and refund policy is here to make things simple and stress-free.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Accessories such as earrings or face masks


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and address.

Unauthorized returns without confirmation may not be processed.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we cover the return shipping.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, size not suitable), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos or videos of the issue

  • We will resolve the problem with either a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • First check your payment account and with your bank

  • If still unresolved, please reach out to our support team for assistance
